Luckily, the game presents a complete record on each resident, covering all curious details about their appearances. There are twenty characters under your surveillance, so it won’t be too hard to memorise the peculiarities.
Don’t neglect the folders with the neighbours’ personal materials! Even the tiniest aspect may sometimes identify the substitution and the earlier you notice the wrong detail, the higher is the chance that nobody gets hurt. Put ticks in the individual blanks to keep in mind which features you have already checked and which ones demand further clarifications.
That’s not my Neighbor has several regimes and for the beginners, it is better to stick to the classic one, where the ghosts won’t kill you immediately, but instead, they will come to you at the end of the shift and tear you apart with their filthy lizard-like hands.
However, if you would like to experience a real horror, you should check out the hardcore mode, where the aggressive entity may unexpectedly lash out and make you face the consequences of your inattentiveness right on the spot.
